Based on the book "The Soul of Discipline" by Simplicity Parenting author Kim John Payne, Discipline and Guidance Parent Groups are about making parenting easier and more fulfilling for your entire family.
About Discipline and Guidance Parent GroupsÂ
 Simplicity Parenting Discipline and Guidance Parent Group Coaching brings together small groups of like-minded parents to explore and discover new ways of dealing with the challenges of providing loving but firm discipline and guidance to our children.
The Simplicity Parenting approach to discipline is based on understanding a child’s needs and developmental stages, and seeks to provide guidance through coming together and strengthening a family's values rather than through conflict and punishment.
Parent Group Coaching sessions are led by Raelee Peirce, Certified Simplicity Parenting Counselor and are held virtually through interactive zoom sessions. There are three different discipline phases, based on the age of your child: “The First Nine Years,” “The Tween Years (9-13),” and “The Teen Years (14-19).” This Group Coaching program is focused on "The First Nine Years." If you're seeking support with the Tween and Teen Years, email Raelee to inquire.
Group Coaching sessions are held Mondays 9am PST/12pm EST and Thursdays 5pm PST/8pm EST
Tuition for the 8 monthly group coaching sessions is $20/month USD per household plus a $29 materials fee). (Participant Materials are purchased directly from the Simplicity Parenting Institute. A couple may share a single set of Participant Materials.)
Different weekly topics are sent out the Sunday before to all active members and will include both zoom links. Parents can attend Monday's daytime session or Thursday's evening session. The same topic is explored in both sessions.

Raelee has been a Parent Educator and Coach for over 20 years; she started with Simplicity Parenting when her youngest was just 5 years old way back in 2011! She is a parent of two young adults and currently coaches and consults with parents at innerlifeparenting.com. Raelee brings a passion for the wellbeing of children through an attachment-developmental lens guided by her Simplicity Parenting background. Parents love her humor, warmth, and enthusiasm and share that coaching with her is like talking with a trusted and wise friend.
